Nip round to the nearest school you will find enough young artists there to decorate the town centre willingly!!!

Especially if you are providing the spray cans etc and they wont get done of the community cops.

I think these are very good they would decorate any town centre why not instead of chalk use paints - hard wearing ones so then its permanent.
