The 2p on fuel isn't going on yet hes delaying it till further in the year.
The tax cut wasn't really a cut, as I understand it it could cost lower income families more?
Nothing special, more money poured in to NHS, but it'll be wasted by management consultants rather than actual NHS staff, like it has for the past 10 years.
