Which means that men should legally always be able to wee for free but women do not automatically have this right. Good old Accy and Blackburn for their free loos - but if I recall correctly York has men's loos where you have to pay and so does Scarborough and Bridlington.
I think there should always be free ones available and they should be open later too. How many times have you gone into McDonalds for a free wee? |
