I agree Ian out of order with the income statement
The point I first tried to make was as a young man they could hardly give tripe, tongue, and other offal products away, and now they are treated like luxury items because the price of meat is high, offal was mainly a food of our generation, as during rationing unless you could pay exhorbitant prices and risk a prison sentence buying it on the Black Market you ate offal as you would eat any other cut of meat, and did not even think it was different.
