I would not put an 80 in a dolls house, much to small an output so you get a low flow of hot water. I was going to fit a 133he but have not got round to it yet. You get lots of hot water with the higher output ones.
Ask your plumber to price up the Main range by Baxi, same boiler, different box, less money
