im on kids pc trying to sort this problem out - with no luck!! Bt home page asked to download flash 6 - yep i download it seemingly even the dual firewalls passed it as backwalling it thro zonelabs & norton permits zonelabs so went thro - but when i went back onto home page it still came up with download flash player - yet download flash player says its already downloaded successfully
Still cant get shut of norton - it just refuses to remove by force
even ccleaner cant shift it!!
