If a woman is so drunk that she doesn't know who she is, where she is or what day it is then she is far from capable of making decisions but what is often overlooked is that the man is usually drunk too. If they've been out drinking together and end up in bed together then I don't think it should be classed as rape. That's an insult to genuine rape victims who have put up a struggle against a brutal physical attack.
