I think any woman has to be responsible for their actions drunk or not, I dont think its fair for them to cry rape just because they regret their actions, on the flip side I think men should also assess the situation, surely a man can tell if a women is too drunk and if in doubt dont do it. As for women who unfairly cry rape well I think they should be named and shamed and also charged.
The frightening thing though is there will be some low lifes who will now take advantage of someone drunk knowing they will get away with it!
