Me being a nosy person last year signed up to an auction site and ive revisited the email account and found an email from them giving the date and catalogue for the next auction. Theres a few from accrington in it but found this one:

£400,000 for a shop front on Blackburn Road!!!

Now theres some for Manchester on there and they arent even that much.

Dont you think that its a bit too much for Hyndburn?
