A serious question..............has there been some kind of complaint??? In all honesty its a forum of public opinion
surely as has been the case that inappropiate posts are removed as our mods are on the ball & if any such breach of libel/slander etc then forum rules are usually applied, in a court of law public forum point of views would surely be considered 'hearsay' unless backed by matter of fact
I cant see whether having the standard text sig would make that much of a difference & in lets say opinated posting usually come under 'i think'.... 'IMHO' 'IMO' etc would cover the same as....after all its an opinion not a fact unless expressed so
If its regarding said member as mentioned then maybe applying forum rules cover it, in order to protect accyweb as entwisi said ban/warn etc if the members intentions are not best for accyweb or discussion.
