Dratit! I'm always doing that. It all started when someone I know used to get his wires crossed between IP and ISP and say that his IP was AOL because AOL provided his internet. I'd tell him that was his ISP and he'd insist that I was wrong because the 's' stood for 'serial' and referred to the 'internet provider serial number' - This is the guy who once told me he could get online without a provider 'just by using Internet Explorer'!!!  |
