It's apt that this thread appeared, as I was just about to search for a thread about flowers.
Having just returned from our twice weekly sojourn to Accrington, I was very impressed with the raised flower beds infront of St. James's Church, on Church Street. They are very well, planted, look beautiful, and the perfume of the Hyacinths is heavenly.
Praise, were praise is due. Well done Hyndburn Borough Council, and to the people responsible for planting them.
