Well done Margaret R a brave thing to do but it is an issue that is very annoying & nasty being at the butt of irresponsible owners, we have one or 2 particular dog owners oblivious to the mess their dog makes on our grass verges that isn't in front of their houses tho
one day will get their co-uppance!!
