Yes it's just over 30 miles, which I think makes Peterborough the nearest league team to Boston by a couple of miles,I'm sure you will point me in the right direction if I'm wrong.

Can't be that much of a trek seeing as the Boston manager lives in Peterborough.
Where did I say anything about anyone not looking forward to playing Boston ? I merely pointed out that London Road is owned by a private company (PUHL) who have nothing to do with Peterborough United, apart from being the clubs landlord.

The nearest other league team to Boston is Lincoln, not Peterborough as you think.

According to AA routefinder the journey Peterborough to Boston is 35.4 miles the journey will take you an average time of 52 minutes.

Cant see many Boston fans becoming Posh fans in the future as they could only be bothered to bring 200 supporters to London road to watch their team.
