Just goes to show little power or influence teachers have. If the teacher had done something to stop it the parents would have rounded on her/him. As for teaching them right from wrong at home thanks to some "dodgy" laws there is no chance and besides since when did kids listen to parents. Maybe the teacher should sue for the stress witnessing the accident caused.
