It wouldnt be words I would use but something like my hand across his jaw to give him a reality check. I would claim after my arrest for assualt that it was his fault it happened because he spoke the wrong way.
I am sure I could get away with it when in front of the beaks by claiming I was taught slapping people was a normal thing to do. Then I would proceed to starting a court action claiming that the visit to the police station and court was his fault and sue his arther off for putting me through that mental stress.
