They are all similar in that they are
NOT signposted, very hard to find, mostly inaccessable, about as artistic as a soiled bed - - - and the only people to benefit from them are the "creators" and the quangos that "pushed" them!

local accyweb members, can you ask any 3 people that you meet if they have:
1) Heard about a Panopticon,
2) Have they seen one (or more)
3) Their opinion (assuming you meet someone that has actually seen one)
