I don't see why there should be laws about such things. There is no law that says I can't let my 2 year old drink bleach. I know which is more dangerous. You have to hope that parents are protecting and looking after their children.
Anyway just because something is not illegal does not mean you have to do it, no one is forcing us to give our 5 years a quick brandy before bed, then again it might not be a bad idea some nights
