Also agreed be hard to police but the wider issue is teens are getting drink - probably not even from their parents & are louting on the streets causing anti social behaviour, but as i saw tother week even the police just sit there till they walk round corner & then ****** off maybe like in some areas confisgating their ale/alco pops & escorting them home to their parents with strong warnings would be a better pro active approach, then if the same child is constantly being caught drinking then taking further action would follow thro the law.
I absolutley agree. Why does it make sense to us lot and not to the people higher up that make the rules and enforce the law.
