Yeh know what u mean they dont collect their rubbish from outside so quick, the asbestos team are next atm, so waiting for the rubbish collector & then collar him to take what he missed yesterday - a boarding from kitchen that was left outside yesterday, might just leave it on path in hope he collects that & the neighbours
