I dont think there's many people who do wait till the're 18, its not always the age that matters but how you treat it. I think the more a parent says no to alcohol the more a teenager would want it and there's always a way of getting it. I remember waiting outside Cellar 5 asking people going in to get me a bottle of Strongbow, I never had to wait long.
