saw on news tonight Alcohol Concern say parents could be prosecuted for giving under 15s alcohol, what planet are these clowns on? on that basis most of europes mums n dads would be fined- they aint got the same problems abroad with drunken kids once again i say its all about the upbringing/enviroment than a 12/13 year old havin a shandy or a small wine etc on special occasions and they are that far up their own arses they cant see it.
