No the sniper shot no-one else , he killed himself before the cops came to get him, it said. Btw the sniper was the pizza guy who the phonebox guy told to f-off. But at the end because the guy in the booth gets some drugs he goes all weird and this guy comes to the ambulance and sounds like the sniper.
