I think you need to watch Jeremy Kyle & Tricha more Remedi, as was one on this morning had help in their area - had access to medical substitutes but still despite wrecking their families & losing kids they still hadn't the motivation to get it!!! Again symptomactic of a lazy blameless society & excuses
