I got a rite telling off in A&E when I had stapled all my papers together but not been informed of the new policy.
I had the main PRF, Morphine administered sheet, Thrombosis used check sheet, other drugs used and 3 12-lead ECG's so had like 7 different sheets...........madness in the asylum.........................
