I spent all day yesterday indoors and by teatime there was a huge improvement. I have been out today......and the rain has lowered the pollen count so i am OK today too.
My daughters little boy started pre-school two weeks ago and we have to go via Mercer Park....I'm blaming that for my problems.

You know it is really strange...when I went over to Oz I was there for spring and summer and never got any problems with their pollen....maybe theirs is different to ours.

Another tip someone told me was to buy some locally produced honey and take it all through the winter and then next spring I won't have any problems.
