A soft boiled egg - not too runny - with a pinch of salt and buttered soldiers is a lovely breakfast. So is a fried egg - yolk splashed with hot fat to form a skin but leave it runny, sausages and bacon, grilled tomatoes, bread and butter. Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, or a mushroom omelet with rolls and butter - yummy.
I'm only allowed 2 eggs a week but I have eggs, one way or another - see above, every day for breakfast on holiday. Please don't tell my doctor.
