What a load of crock! Again another wasted investment & higher up playing god, the problems our children face is the constant interferance of the nanny state culture that causes a heck of a lot of their probs, whereas education is needed the most in subject areas of LIFE ie life skills & relationships of all kinds, so that those in 'bad homes' if u like can have he information they need to get support or help, most children either dont know how lucky they are to have a stable life or those that dont think its the norm till they see the other fence side - something thats happened for decades. Too much focus is on materialistic things & not enough on our natural born instinct or teaching our young survival & life practicalities as mother nature dictates for other life types & animals.
Blame on adults is easy & probable but also whom were once kids whom hadnt the knowledge or knew no better thus repeats the cycle for their kids - its like blind leading blind, unless change & recognition happens, what needs to happen is breaking the cycle of that but to start just on unborn babies is a way far fetched
