I think a lot of people don't even know what the heck Surestart is.

Also kids having everything they want , computers etc, doesn't mean they are parented properly. Some people think that being a good parent just means buying your kids everything you can afford, but it does them more good to learn they can't have everything they want. A good relationship with your children is more valuable than material goods.
