been announced that blackpool council have come up with the stupid idea of a good behaviour charter for the numerous Stag/Hen parties that terrorise and trash the resort on a regular basis, can just imagine a pi$$ed up group of lads/lassies going bananas then thinking- Hang on we signed a charter- better behave.this has got to beat anything i heard from a council this year.

or do you know anything dafter?
