No mention was made of any particular case. Less just pointed out that there isn't the same hysteria, as there is for the family who left this poor child in a house with an illegal dangerous dog.
If you care to search back to the original case and the thread, my thoughts aree very clear about this family, but applying the same logic, should everyone who owns an illegal breed of dog be imprisoned for life? After all the threat is there, it just hasn't happened.
