The trouble with us Brits we do not complain enough, if you give a Yank a tough steak they will send it back, and insist and get a free meal if it has spoiled their appetite. If you get poor service tell them it's poor, or they will never improve, and if you are not satisfied with a product take it back and get your money refunded, do not be fobbed off with tinpot shop assistants playing the disclaimer non returnable card, there is no such thing they have to re-emburse you. If you have any problems inform the trading standards people, they will soon make them jump.
