It is, we used to take them to the carpet underlay company on Broadway Haslingden they only took 2 sizes 13s and 14s, £4.00 a time, (charge).
If the sidewalls are undamaged the remoulders took them free, but tyre disposers are now strictly monitored and rightly so. I do not know how this fire was started, but if it was my yard I would not be doing any crying, just cartwheels down the road.
