i wouldnt deal with it on the telephone. they probaly wont acknowledge that you called and land you with further costs. they really are blood suckers. email them or write to them and youll have proof that you have contacted them. |
I'm not contradicting you (  ) but in my dealings with them, calls and what you said, and to whom you spoke, are recorded with your details. They were in my case anyway.
