Children's arts programme from the seventies.
It was aimed primarily at deaf children, and was the first mainstream programme to have sign language. It was co-presented by Tony Hart.
The woman pictured always used to say 'we are sorry we cannot return your pictures, but for all those we show, we'll give a prize', before the camera panned to the art work in the 'Gallery'.
I thought it was rubbish at the time, and never wasted a stamp.
