Ive learnt my lesson of many a summers blistered to hell - stay in shade & not stay out too long in peak sun hours, there is a brill after burn gel from Florida that i swear by - just cant remember the name/brand of it tho not sure if u can get it here

Im staying white as im destined to be so no point in sun worshipping anymore PMSL!!! Tho nice sit out in early evening sunshine is bliss without the pain
