Sometimes it takes a long time to realise that mistakes were made......and no man is lessened by admitting that he made mistakes.
Your daughter will make up her own mind about you and your motives...as
she sees them....you just have to trust that her decisions will be the right ones for both of you.
It may not be until she has children herself that she really understand the complexities of marriage and children and the things that can, and do go wrong....with often very painful consequences.
I wish both of you good luck in trying to mend and renew relationships.
