I have tried this approach, they say I can go and get a car and if I Win they would compensate, if I loose its my cost.

I am not 100% Whats leaking, I had it up on a ramp but its a V6 so there is very little room to see and to locate a leak when you really dont know what your doing is mission impossible.

They also have advised that this could take upto 3 months to resolve.

I dont really want to get it fixed until the council (If they require to) have inspected it.

Will ring my Sols up later see what they suggest.
