Oh, and I didn't think the Carnival was poor,the weather didn't help but a lot of time and effort went into the floats and the Carnival Queen and Princess were lovely ! Sue at the Peel Park provided sterling service as usual and special thanks to our chauffeur today, Mr Harold Hardman from the Lions who was brilliant company. This maybe the last carnival we have in Accy because of the funding issues and the huge amount of red tape involved and it would be a real shame to see it end.
Also the Owls and hawks display on the field was awesome; seeing those birds so close up is a rare privilege.
Thanks Lions and Accy; you made my little girl feel like a princess for the day !
