I have reason to disagree with that. When I lived on Barnes St Church the walls dividing houses were not cavity walls and I got more noise disturbance there than I do here.
That is something to ask about if you ever are contemplating buying a terraced house.
Here the flats are occupied by singles and if there is noise they dont mind being told, and take heed. There are always headphones
