I agree with most things Macca has said the fan base is beginning to show signs of recovery, although what slightly disheartened me on the float round Accrington on Saturday was the lack of townsfolk wearing the Red & White I know there is so called missed generations but I do not live in Accrington and I only started going on last season but what struck me straight away was the style of football that Stanley play, the enthusiasm of the players, the passion of the Stanley supporters it is fantasic and something to be really proud of one game and I was bitten by the Stanley bug. I too am relatively new to stanley like you attached my self to the club second season as season ticket holder its like watchin football of old blood n guts and more i got the bug and so have my lads man u fans we are as well but i wont to see live footie not just tv footie so come on support your local team and feel proud
