You shouldnt normally be sold two hamsters together of the same sex for risk of them fighting and killing eachother. Even hamsters of the same sex should normally be seperated to reduce fighting. Obviously put together to breed but then normally seperate afterwards.
Female hamsters are the meanest aswell when theyre in heat  nasty things.
