The bags and boxes do get blown about don't they? I think a recycling bin,same as the wheelie bins, would be a good idea but I suppose you'd need 3,one for paper,one for glass and one for plastic and who's got room for all those bins?
.There must be a solution though because the bags and boxes and their contents just end up everywhere when it's windy.
