The inability to use a different address to the one on the credit card was done on purpose...It's to combat possible online credit card fraud. If someone has a stolen, copied or whatever credit card then ordering goods and having them sent to a different address is the easiest way to commit the fraud.
I believe ordering online is far more secure than ordering over the telephone. But thats because I know no human sees your credit card details when you order online. It doesn't get stored and thus can't be found or lost. Checks are done instantly wiht the bank software and data is sent encrypted and then deleted..
This as apposed to giving some stupid 17 year old YTS your credit card details over the phone for him/her to jot down on a scrap of paper and........ But saying that.. Give the club a call or email them.. They are flexible and will work something out for you... In the X years since I wrote the shop software your the first one I know who has needed the different address... I always knew someone whould.. But I bet in those years we would ahve had more credit card fraud then people needing a different delivery address.
