I bet it's a nightmare going out tonight.People will be going out for the sake of it just so they can have one last fag in their local.I noticed as I was driving down New Lane that the White Bull are having a smoking party tonight and was reading in the paper about a pub that's having a smoking lock in so people can smoke through to 6am when the ban comes in.I wouldn't like to be out tonight,it'll be like New Year's Eve,10 deep at the bar,half an hour to get a drink,nowhere to sit.No thanks.
