[Splinter]

I had a problem with my husband's snoring but I know I snore myself. My son used to say his dad and I snored a duet, most nights, with him in C and me in F sharp.

The problem I had was that I'm a light sleeper - he never heard me. My solution was usually to turn him over, gently, and he would stop. One night I was wakened by the noise so I gave him a little shove, not realizing he was, for once, close to the edge of the matress. As he turned over he fell, full-length, on to the floor. There was dead silence for about 30 seconds while I thought, "Oh my God, I've killed him," then he mumbled, "What am I doing on the floor?" I pretended to be asleep.

I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall for that...lol
