Gordon Ramsay calls himself a cook? If he knew his onions he'd have served that tripe
raw with salt, vinegar and black pepper, there's no finer dish for the connoisseur. I could eat it 'til the cows come home.
(It's 'orrible when it's cooked, though. It looks like snot, smells like dung and tastes like Dunlop tyres).
