Complain. My daughter once complained when Littlewoods in Manchester began to charge for condiments.. wrote heavily to their H.O. .. within 2 weeks they had reverted back to giving freely.
What was that case in America the other week where this guy shot the assistant in the arm 'cause they were only allowed to give a certain amount of sauces, and he wanted more ?
