There is half a statement I agree with
. Capital punishment is never the answer as all it does is lower ourselves to depths of the protaganist.
Also it is a self defeating ideal. (How many times can you kill someone, if they kill once they are more likely to kill again as there is no more that can be done.)
Yes these 3 scumbags should be banged up for a good length of time and let the general prison populace know how they killed this poor unfortunate soul. Yes prison is meant to be a punishment but it is also meant to be a rehabilitation.
So yes rehabiltate but also make them suffer in the meanwhile.
