Ah my friend I think you have me wrong, I love blues, be it BB King, John Lee Hooker, Leadbelly right through to Rythm and blues such as The feelgoods or Nine Below Zero.
Yes I grew up with punk and my taste has obviously been influenced by that but I appreciate talent which is why I can admire some bands such as Queen but would never have crossed the road to see them.
